1. Return Eligibility
1.1 – Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
1.2 – To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
1.3 – Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 – The following items cannot be returned:

3. Return Process
3.1 – To start a return, please contact us at contact@clipx-store.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
3.2 – Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
3.3 – Once approved, ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
3.4 – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Refunds
4.1 – After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
4.2 – If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credited back to your original payment method.
4.3 – Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges

7.2 – Once processing begins or the order is shipped to the warehouse/manufacturer, cancellations are no longer possible.
